Congregational Church

The Congregational Church (known as the ‘Chapel’) was built in 1827 and was built using local materials of bricks and stone.  The Chapel is situated on the corner of Church Road and Orchard Way.

We are a small Christian Church where you will be assured of a friendly welcome.

Services

Services are held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday mornings, usually beginning at 10 a.m.  Occasionally the times change and details can be found in the village diary.  The Evening Services are held each Sunday at 6.15 p.m.

Women’s Hour

On the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from September to June the Women’s Hour meeting is at 2.15 p.m. with interesting speakers on a variety of subjects.

Coffee Drop-In

On the 1st Thursday of each month from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. there is a Coffee Drop-In moring with New4U Sale.

Pilots

Pilots Club for children from 4 years is held each Wednesday in term time from 6.15 to 7.30 p.m. for craft, games, cooking, drama etc, and Christian teaching.
