Scarecrow Festival a huge success

Last weekend’s scarecrow festival was a big success with 42 scarecrows entered into the competition and many others on display throughout the parish.  The winning entry was “Bride & Groom” entered by Judy Mansfield and her neighbours in Chaters Orchard. In second place – “Winter is coming” – John & Tabitha Bonney, and in third place “Elsa” by Ella, Lucy & Fay Tidmas.  Hopefully this will become a regular event for Long Itchington.
