The forums occur quarterly and are preceded by a surgery which the Safer Neighbourhood Teams hold starting at 6.30pm. The forums commence at 7.15pm.
The remaining forums for this year are noted below:
Wednesday 16 March 2011 – Ladbroke Village Hall
A Community Forum gives you the opportunity to discuss local issues with your County, District and Parish Councillors and representatives from other agencies such as the Health Service and the Police. Come along to these meetings and have your say about things that affect and concern you.
By attending your local forum meeting you will meet representatives from the Police, the PCT and your local councils who can tell you about services provided or planned in your area. You have the opportunity to raise issues of concern to you and the community generally. You will be able to obtain answers to queries about local services – such as policing levels, services available for young people, access to health care etc.
You can join your local County, District and Parish Councillors in a discussion about how services could be improved. In this way, you can help influence and shape the services provided for in your community.
If you have a specific concern or problem, then drop in to the local surgery from 6.30pm – 7.00pm where you will be able to speak to your Safer Neighbourhoods Policing Team, Councillors and Officers from Warwickshire County and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils.
If you would like to suggest an issue for a future Community Forum meeting, or find out more, please contact Amanda Wilson-Patterson on 01789 260135 or email: email@example.com
